I am delighted to be teaching Yogabellie's beautiful Pregnancy classes in the West End.

Currently based on Berkeley Street and Ashton Lane, these classes are so much more than yoga classes for mummies to be. They are specially designed in Yogabellies unique way with our ladies and babies in mind.

Soothing aromatherapy, relaxed breathing, pregnancy adapted postures and beautiful relaxations. Not forgetting great chat with like minded ladies.
Leave class feeling relaxed but confident and empowered.
We would love to welcome you.

Timetable:
Monday evening at 6pm - In the Moment Yoga Studio, Berkeley Street.
Saturday Morning at 8.30am - The Movement Studio, Ashton Lane.

Classes run in 8 week blocks at a cost of £89 per block.
