Glaswegians invited to join mural trail with free pottery kits available across the city this weekend

The BYOB pottery painting studio’s annual scavenger hunt will celebrate 14 of Glasgow’s iconic murals. On each mural will be a sticker, and anyone who captures photos of all fourteen and shows them at The Craft Pottery will bag a free pottery painting kit.
The trail starts at High Street and ends at The Craft Pottery on Washington Street, where takeaway kits – packed with a ceramic, paints, brushes, and instructions – will be dished out.
There are 75 kits up for grabs but once they’re gone, they’re gone. The Craft Pottery will post live updates on their Instagram page (@thecraftpottery) when all prizes have been claimed.
Late finishers won’t leave empty-handed though – they’ll still bag a 10% off voucher to use in the studio.
Beth Hoad, Studio Director at The Craft Pottery, said: “Glasgow has some of the best street art in the UK, and we wanted to celebrate that with something hands-on and fun. At the studio, we love helping people tap into their creativity – and this trail is a great way to connect the art on our streets with art you can take home. We hope everyone taking part has fun this weekend!”
