My classes are relaxed and informal and aim to help you to experience a positive pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your baby.
I offer both private and group classes in both pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing. All classes are currently held on Zoom. Once Covid-19 restrictions allow, classes will be held in the Newlands/Langside area (location to be confirmed).
I offer hypnobirthing classes to help you to embrace a calm and positive birth experience. This is a complete antenatal course to help you and your partner to prepare for the birth of your baby together. Based on science and logic, you will learn how to relax your mind and build confidence in your body so that you feel fully prepared for the birth of your beautiful baby.
My aim is to provide you with the knowledge and understanding of birth as well as a number of different techniques to cope with it, so that you can have a positive experience regardless of the twists and turns that your journey may take.
Move your tired pregnant body and gain some real you time as you prepare to become a parent. My pregnancy yoga class will help you to build strength in your body, bond with your baby and relax your mind.
