Europes largest freestyle jumping arena opens in East Kilbride
Air Space, Scotland's first indoor trampoline park, has officially opened, bringing the worldwide trampolining buzz to South Lanarkshire!

The revolutionary £2 million leisure destination opened its doors at Playsport in East Kilbride, and has already received an incredible response. As Europe’s largest freestyle jumping arena, Air Space features more than 100 interconnected, wall-to-wall trampolines in an area over 35,000 square feet.
The attraction showcases a spring-loaded urban playground where jumpsters can perfect their freestyle parkour moves in the main arena, jumping from one trampoline deck to the next. They can also test their skills in dodgeball courts, slam dunk hoops and football, all on super-sprung pitches, or try their moves on the air bag crash test site and defy gravity on the wall ramp.
Pete Brown, Operations Manager at Air Space, said: "The indoor trampolining phenomenon is massive in the US in Australia and we’ve had an amazing response already showing that Scotland is definitely ready to embrace this fantastic leisure concept.
"We’re very excited to now be opening our doors and unleashing Air Space to Scotland. As Europe’s largest freestyle jumping area, jumpsters will be spoiled for choice at all the activities on offer."
The price is £12 per session at Air Space. Sessions last one hour and include access to all the equipment. The minimum age is 10 years old for launch with sessions for younger jumpsters being launched in early 2015, as well as party bookings, fitness classes and sno-fit classes. Jumpsters must wear jump socks when they visit. Air Space jumps socks are available to buy at £1.50.
The first jumpsters to experience Air Space at a launch event on Monday 1st December were treated to a performance from The Spartans Gymnastics Team, as well as two UK champion beatboxers and a DJ.
